REVA manufactures a range of Heavy Duty Electric Winches to IS:9507 for all lifting & shifting applications. These winches are state of the art, some of the features are as under:

  • Gear Box
    • All gears & pinions are manufactured from Low Carbon Alloy Steel duly Case-Hardened to obtain a hardness of 54 to 58 HRC. The housings are either graded Cast Iron or are fabricated for IS:2062 plates. These housings are accurately machined on CNC Horizontal Machining Centers. The gears & pinions are designed with world-famous KISS-SOFT software to obtain long-life trouble free operation.
  • Rope Drum
    • Rope Drum are manufactured for seamless Steel Pipes of Grade ASTM 106 Grade B or C and accurately machined to wind the required length of wire-rope. The drum has a flange on one end and the other end is an open spur gear mounted on a flange which is welded to drum for flawless movement. The drum & open gear dimensions are accurately designed for the capacity & length of wire rope. An electro-hydraulic brake is provided in the winch to stop it whenever needed.
  • Base
    • Well calculated Base is manufactured with Beams, channels & plates are required and the above assemblies are properly mounted on the base & keeping ample margin for its maintenance.
  • Control Panel
    • We usually use Squirrel cage motors and give you option of either conventional control with Contactors, Overload Relays, Fuses or MCB or with VVVF Drives for speed variations. These are actuated with Push Buttons or Jockey switches as required. The panel is powder coated and confirm to IP:55 protection.
